As a certified leadership coach, Jen is skilled in helping our clients accelerate career growth and reaching their full potential.

Sara Richmond – Digital Channels ConsultantSara Richmond has led communication and employee experience strategies in-house and as a consultant for over 15 years. She specializes in the intersection between people, technology, and knowledge management, and she's particularly passionate about technology that enables companies to communicate and collaborate effectively. She received her BA from the University of Michigan, MSEd from Purdue University, and MBA from Western Michigan University. She is a Senior Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Change Management Professional (CMP).

Lynn Zimmerman, ABC – Engagement ConsultantLynn has more than 25 years experience in internal and change communication helping organizations communicate change strategically and clearly to their key stakeholders. Her award-winning work has contributed to more than 40 acquisitions, multiple capital projects such as Workday and SAP implementations for large global corporations and other large-scale business transformation projects. Lynn is an active member of the International Association of Business Communicators and has received the Accredited Business Communicator designation. She has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Business Communication from the University of Kansas.

Amanda specializes in partnering with leaders to engage employees around business goals and thrives on building strategic communications plans and creating content that resonates with audiences, Amanda is Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner.
